If you wish to cancel your order, you must submit a cancellation notice immediately. Our Fembody Shipping Team work incredibly fast to make sure that you get your tea as soon as possible!You must send us a cancellation notice within one hour of your order to ensure that we have not already shipped it out! Your order can only be refunded if you have sent us your cancellation notice within this time. All cancellation notices can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject Order Cancellation and your order number.

This Return Policy is applicable to the original purchaser of a Fembody product only. If you are not fully satisfied or the product is delivered in a damaged condition, Fembody may accept returns or exchanges of the product purchased directly from Fembody through www.fembody.co only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:
- The product must be received by Fembody within 30 days of purchase; no returns will be accepted after this time period;
- The original purchaser must provide the receipt or invoice as received when the order was placed directly from Fembody; and,
- The product must be unopened and unused.
- In addition, if the product is damaged, a picture of the damaged product at the time of delivery must be provided.
Fembody does not promise or guarantee any specific result or effect from using our teas. Fembody shall be obligated to ensure the product is safe and meets the satisfactory conditions up until the point of delivery. Dissatisfaction with the results of the product will not be grounds for a refund.
How do I make a return?
Please get in touch with us email@example.com before your 30 days return policy expires. Please include your return package with your invoice and return ship your product to the address we supply you with. Opened product will NOT be replaced or refunded.
Will I have to pay for my returned shipping costs?
Yes, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please track your parcel to make sure we receive it. In order for us to exchange you, we would need to first receive your parcel back to ensure the parcel is unopened, and not tampered with.8.
When can I expect to receive my refund?
Once the team have confirmed that the product was not opened and have not been used, you will receive your refund within 7 working days
Can I return my order without contacting you first?
No, you have to contact us regarding returns, so that we may supply you with the correct return shipping address and track your refund. Our warehouse facility will not accept returns unless prior arranged.
Refunding you order policy
When you decide to return your order for a full refund, please note that Fembody will subtract the initial courier charge of your delivery. New Zealand delivery charges are $8.50 and all international charges are calculated between $35.00 - $58.00 depending on where the parcel was sent too. Your refund will be done on the spent amount, we cannot be held accountable for any bank charges or credit card charges from your bank and we also cannot be held responsible for any fluctuation in currency exchange that may have occurred. Fembody reserves the right to refund any order on its own discretion.
Refund policy when paying with Laybuy or Afterpay
If you have made your purchase using Afterpay or Laybuy and wish to return your product for a full refund, please note that the above courier charges apply and a 4% Laybuy or Afterpay handling/restockin fee. For example if your total order was $300.00, you will receive $300.00 - 4% restocking.handling fee - $8.50 shipping fee = $279.50
Pre-Order refund policy
In the event of a pre-launch offer, no refunds will be accepted, but store credit will be allowed. A pre-launch offer will be marked clearly on the product page with an expected delivery date. The delivery date is an indication on when the stock is expected to arrive but Fembody cannot be held responsible for any delays at customs or shipping.
Receiving gifts with orders
In the event that you have received a free gift with your order and you wish to return your order for a refund please note that the gift needs to be sent back with your order. The gift should not have been opened, used or tampered with. In the event you have used/opened your gift, please note that the resellers' value of this gift (as shown on website) will be subtracted from your refund including the above refund charges. If you have used/opened your gift, please do not return it, as once we receive it and the team has confirmed that the gift has been opened/used the value of the gift will be subtracted from your refund and you will not have your gift (you will then have to arrange a courier to collect your gift from our offices). The value amount of the free gift is based on the full price as displayed on the website and not a sales price if this specific gift/product is on sale

Returning & exchanging your product for a lower amount
When you would like to return and exchange your order for a product of a smaller value than your initial purchase, please note you will receive a credit on the store to that value to spend in the near future. Once we have received your returned order, confirmed it has not been opened, we will send out your new order and once you are happy with this new order, you will receive your custom credit code to use on anything you wish on the store
Annual Clearance Sale
In the event of our annual clearance sale, no other discount code is allowed to be used on this sale. In the event that you do use an additional discount code, your order will be refunded immediately
Usage date from opening your product
Please note that the SLEEPTOX & KICKSTART tea must be used within 3 months from opening. No returns or refunds will be accepted after this period.
Please also ensure that you do not use a wet spoon in your packet with tea as this will absorb moisture into your product and impact the product. No returns or refunds will be given to any product that has absorbed moisture.
